| The cooldown should not be changed at all. It's the same as when you use an item, drop it, then pick it back up at another time but before its cooldown is over, or pick up another item in the same cooldown group. If a native or the cheat "thedudeabides" ain't used it always goes on at one tick at a time, never increases, and never decreases by more than said tick.

| I was not referring to CoT specifically, (nor was I saying any other map), but I have seen where it seems to slow down/speed up when I level a skill while it's on cooldown. Actually I want to change my habits so that I DON'T level a skill while it's on cooldown, because on SC2 I can clearly see "Cooldown Remaining"-such is not the case on WC3.

| I think its a good idea to fix sets, cause they are utterly weak... And its a good thing to think about some more items with PLAT/ARCA prices. I'v got a big load of both and nothing to spend on

| It used to change you into a pig (thing metamorphasis from demon hunter....but a pig). It allowed Royal Guardian (among other heroes) a very good attack speed though, so it was changed to 4k damage, just 4k damage, and nothing but 4k damage.
