Yes, Legion roams. Yes, Legion blinks. Yes, he blinks like a complete an utter moron, because he can get himself impossibly stuck. If you wanna get him right after Chaotic World starts (that's when he spawns), he starts out near Medean/Existence mine-a bit north of the entrance. Somewhere between the entrance and the water lol.

| Sin basically has like 20 million Chaotic damage, and Reincarnation with no cooldown. You're not supposed to be able to kill them yet, but it's technically possible. Also, they have an insane crit..
It's possible to survive them but not without very high items.
