And for those that are saying.. "buy legal wc3, it's better", I'd just like to point you to the avaiability of pd.eu bots on PVPGN server. After years, such system inserted a leaving punishment in dota games, and public games there are more leaver free and quality than ever before. Those bots also allow lag free hosting of ANY OTHER custom games. This is the reason why I wouldnt play official anymore.

| I am talking about public bots ANYONE can use for public games, which are in the same time lag free dota bots that are hosting 90% dota games on PVPGN, keep scores, autoban people that leave and such system. And all that is possible because you dont need $ to make an account, so making 200 bots is not a problem. Also, dont forget Gproxy reconnection tool, which I doubt official blizzard servers have.
And eurobattle is not some small server, it has 2500-6000 players online during all times. True, as in every free application, majority of people are assholes and jerks.. but I think the benefits of those bots outweight this con.

| Bit of a loner so I usually don't mind hangin' out with Fakeplayer. (I love my bot :P)
And yes while DotA bots seem to be the most common bot, there is MMH, or better yet, HOST YOURSELF WITH YOUR OWN BOT! It's a pretty sweet racket :P
Anyway I think he original topic of "why can't I find this channel" was answered since it was the wrong server...

| There is a Gproxy reconnection tool for official Wc3 that works, get a decent internet (personally I have 30 Mbit) and I never lag, unless it's the bot. A lot of people says "laggy bots" while it's their comp or connection it's wrong with. I play mostly CoT and Island Defense, and my ping NEVER raises over 30. So if that's "laggy bots", then I'm sorry, the bot should be replaced with "net"

Thus is why I tend to solo. I hate stupid people. Especially stupid people who get their grammar so wrong it makes me wonder how the world can still be turning.
Example (completely made up :P): laggy bots r dumb as dis map. bots r all dum anyway, they're owners r al as dum as u r!
There are people who talk on WC3 in WORSE English than that. And, unfortunately, I'm fairly sure English was their first language. If they're more than 12 they have ZERO excuse for being so stupid, and if they aren't, they have little excuse to be on a "teen rated" game and their parents are stupid. (Though I gotta admit I love Halo and don't see why it's M rated, it could totally be T...)
ANYWAY! We're getting off the answered topic of "who wanna play" and "i can't get to your channel because I'm on a non-B.Net server" to "bots don't lag, your net just sucks" (that's basically what FreakShow said) and "I hate stupid people" (basically what I said...)

Not always. BGN bots are worthless. Dropping entire games at a time. Bringing them to complete stand stills with a person lagging, who gets dropped just to be replaced by someone else lagging. Massive desyncs on the simplest of maps.(More a server thing but there are plenty out there that don't desync).
