| I am volunteering as of now (Family friend owns the company, if he pays me for my time, cool, if not, w/e), but I worked a 10 hour shift today, standing the whole time. My legs are killing me. I work at an awesome shop though, Graphix World, we do airbrushing on many things, and custom images from the computer on many other things. I think the artist is Sczisophrenic, but he's the most amazing artist I've ever seen. A bit scary....since he hears voices and thinks it's you.

| I'm a bicycles mechanic. That involves 9 hour days, on my feet, moving around and working on 50lb bikes that cost like...$10,000. I was working on a set of wheels last week, the wheels alone cost 5k

| Why are you standing the whole time on your feet dothacking....they don't let you sit on a chair? I used the computer on my part time job too, where I analyze nuclei in hair cells of the cochlea....but I was able to sit down most of the time.

| Sorry ace, I got you beat. My first job was on a farm when I was 12, shoveling horse crap out of the stalls. I didn't get a rubber suit or anything, so I had to wear jeans and a raggedy sweatshirt, and some plain old hiking boots. I had to shovel it into a wheelbarrel and take it out and put it in a corner of the field for them to get with teh tractor later. Mind you, the crap was about a foot and a half tall and often liquidy from the pee and water that leaked down into the stalls. I also had to work around the horses that were in my way, since I couldnt really move them. Then I had to use a hose and broom to clean the walls and the floor afterwards.

| Actually, I was forced on that job. They gave me an offer I couldn't refused. At that time, all I really want to do was proceed to a higher education. To Hime-chan: Why don't you state your job also? They'd be surprised, I bet!
