I think we should stop welcoming people by telling them to read the rules lol.....for three reasons:
1) it should be obvious since rules are clearly advertised/stated
1) it's funny to see Valkier use the ban hammer
2) there is no third reason

Actually, Kevvin-san is somewhat sarcastic but he's funny. And Bud-san is somewhat formal in a casual way because he's a mod. And Shinigami-kun can be a brat but he actually sounds so cheerful. LOL! Peace, everyone! v
