He's only part-right. If you break the rules, you get a temp posting ban, do it again, same thing, but for longer period of time. Break the rules a 3rd time, i ban your account, and your IP address.

Ayat, don't be nervous. Valk is a bit strict (*prays for no punishment for saying his opinion*) but it's not too bad overall. Keep it rated PG and on topic, and no flaming. That's basically about half the rules I think summed up into 10 words.

Anyway, get comfy. It's not too bad around here smile (At least that I've seen...)
