It seems rather fishy to me, it could be a save glitch.

1 arc = 34 sec at mass capac; in other words, 2 arc every minute. (to simplify things, same w/plat)

60 minutes an hour, so 120 arch per hour

120 * 5 = 600

minus 10 arch/plat due to the 5 minute mark. additionally, according to that screen shot, it took them at least (depending on if that was the first item removal half hour mark) 10 minutes to get to chaos. so minus another 20

so in reality, he had to have loaded w/ 4 hr and 45 minutes onto his have time ( at least )

600 - 10 = 590 - 20 = 570

if you'll note, his arch is almost at 670, 100 over that limit. Even then, how long does it take to fully max out the gold/lumber capabilities of Demonic Nation added onto that.

so getting it in 5 hours is cutting it close, and you cant even buy a chaotic home w/out going chaos, which you need lvl 300 to get to. so can he get that plat/arch alone in 5 hours from starting a lvl 1? I don't believe he can. Is that grounds to ban right now? Maybe, Maybe not...is it grounds to at least argue that out? yes, it is.

Assuming they were power leveled, given good enough items and given enough platinum and wood, say 50-100 then it might, might be plausible though the timing is cutting it rather close. I'm always one for reasonable doubt, even with a name that I've never heard before (I dislike number in names, makes me instantly assume throw away account).
