This guy is definitely a hacker, I have seen him myself in a game as a level 999 PR with almost no equips and 16 mins of play.

When I pointed him out along with Fatman something on USeast server he just planned and attacked someone and we killed him then he left. Fatman said he was going to report but seems he never got to it.

He joined my bot game just now....loaded a character with 1023 hours and 23 minutes played. I guess he got smart from the 6 minutes incident, then decided to pump up his hours. Obviously, he's still a fail.
