| Please do not ban outside of game. If you ban outside in bnet channel or using whispers, it does not record IP or correct realm and I will erase bans made that way. If you're going to ban, do it inside of either lobby or in-game.
Further note, please ONLY ban the FIRST leaver in a competitive map. If the person just has a foul mouth (a flamer), you can mute him using [!mute name], but do not ban.
If leaver, use [!ban name leaver] during game or lobby.
If hacker, you can do [!ban name reason]. Example: !ban johndoe hacker
Once again, all bans should be made during lobby or in-game.
