I'm willing to give people another chance...even if it is for the 4th or 5th time...however, people that have been banned from the map by darkchaos will still need to appeal to darkchaos if you want to play CoT again.
I would like anyone that can post in this section to give opinions on this matter or you can PM me if you really want to.
I don't think that you should. You banned them for a reason. If they've done it once, they will do it again eventually
Gotta agree with jon on this one bro.. Besides, if they have a hacked char on that acct, then they're probably going to load it, but if you ban those accounts (with hacked chars on them), then they have to make a new acct and re-hack the char. lol.. When faced with two choices just simply flip a coin. Not because it settles the question for you, but because that one second it is in the air you suddenly know what you are hoping for.
