Elementalist spell cast time

I personally love the idea of the elementalist, but I hate the fact that all of his cast times are like freaking 5 seconds long. This makes it impossible to solo unless it's enemies that do barely any damage to you. I know this game "isn't for solo" But by the time you even get your spell off in a non-solo game, the mob is dead. Do you think you could make them instant cast?

Considering how powerful the spells ar, it would be stupid to make them instant cast in my opinion.

If the caster dies in 2 hits from the enemies he's trying to kill, and it takes him 5 sec to cast, 2 hits takes alot less than 5 sec. I"m sure later in the game this isn't so bad, but I haven't been able to get an ele past around 30 due to the cast time getting me royally owned.

I'd say replace the armor skill with a low power spell that has instant cast and a rather quick cool down.

yeah... no one uses that armor skill... cuz once you get the 80k to buy an armor the the gods in the first world (i usually find a way to get enough money for a nation so i can buy that) its totally not needed.

I suppose it's not so bad anymore, but I still agree with the armor spell getting replaced. It was just until I got that armor of the gods, it was horrible. SOON TO BE 999 //LEGIT// ELE biggrin

Why brag about a already strong char? There are lots of other unstable classes which don't even match ele or any of the 4 main characters. Its tended to be hard in order to level a good char, but soon enough, once you get items, you will notice why ele is hard to start with. If you dont like being dead within first 2 hit's, take RG. Ele is hard to start with, but pay's off good once u get over the starting phase.

Also, ofc you die in 2 hits when you level at ogres at level 25. Take weaker opponents. It takes time to level, but you wont be dieing from 2 hits at least.

I personally like Armor of the Elements because

1. It evens himself out. If he had another spell he'd just do godly damage

2. Its good for really low levels that dont have cash or levels to get high lvl stuff.
