For some reason my head registered attack speed instead of move speed. And DC, I mean Lex&LER for max AS even during Chaotic Hurricane/Heavy Snow.

And Bud, the same concept still applies with Lex, if he has Lex then he still shouldn't need MS unless it's Hurricane/Heavy Snow, which are really the only times your MS is crap if you got some kinda boost.
The part where he can change into something weather-proof sounds cool though!!...but perhaps difficult to trigger...

My current thoughts of what he could be. The marine is ranged so we have to swap him out still, and he can't be the ranged form because that doesn't fit what is said in the orig post. The wisp was the only thing I could think of for a regen form, but that's still assuming we're having regen form and not a spell.

Technically it is up to you, since if it's not your character, then the implemented hero would only be similar to your own, and not be the same one. Technicalities are nearly endless.
