It's an excuse to get new items in. :P Since it sounds good, and we need lower boss items, perhaps we make two? One weaker, one stronger. One for around 625 or something and one for around 950. Then we have a chance for more useful items around Hell-tier stuff (don't get me wrong, Hell is useful, but it's no Boss stuff) and could also mean we have really good boss equips between Legendary and 999 stuff. Because it's really quite silly how the most useful items are Leg Thana (rare works too, normal isn't totally worth it), Leg Exist (for all stats people), Azazoth stuff (if you can even GET his stuff), Legion (all are good but multiples of any items aren't totally worth it), Legion Ring (only useful for ints and 2x is DEF not worth it), Abyssal Bow (only for the abil, some stuff can be better later), Rare/Leg Satan Ace (for phys DDs), and Lexium. And there are cases where other items listed aren't worth it for your hero. Like if you don't need all stats (probably not str based people, but like Int and Agi need str to take 2 hits and still kill stuff), and if you're a phys DD you only need either Leg Ace or Legion Weapon since you'll probably prefer a 25x going off and don't want the 12x to override it. Anyway, I digress a bit.
What I was trying to say is that all the really good boss items are all at Ace/Wings+ (unless bow PF, then abyssal) (or really want all stats, then Soul can be good). So we could use some good stuff a bit lower. but then we could really use some other interesting items between 900 and 999 (it takes FOREVER...or is it just me?) so around 950 would be good. Anyway, I'm not saying we need 2 CW bosses, but it could be one of those (somewhere between void & first other boss stuff, or ~950).
Yeah, I'm liking this guy a lot more as a boss than a hero, even though he has some rigged sounding abils...
We should start over on the abilities. I'm thinking he should be indoors with some kinda weather thing near him to show weather in his little room, and he changes a bit depending on weather. Worse the weather, harder he is. Basically weather has inverse effect on him that it does on players. He's gotta be indoors though else when it goes Hurricane he'll be rigged, due to having boosted stats and players probably can't get off 3 attacks in a minute each. Different idea: The worse the weather, the more DPS he is. The better the weather, the more tank he is. So when it's so bad that even max agi PRs can't get off many shots, it's okay because he's got CRAP armor, but when they get off 100 attacks per second like usual, he's got nearly rigged armor. That way he's just about the same no matter the weather. So if you've got good weather, phys DPS aren't rigged, and when it's crap weather, spellcasters aren't rigged.
Or am I rambling again? (this question is only pointed at wolf.)
