i have looked all over the forums but cant find what the different forums mean like the flame ECT and how they get to be like that? does a mod have to do it or does it need a certain amount of attention

Valkier reproofed ya...so it's up to him to lower your reproof when he wants to.

As for the different icons for each thread such as the "flame" for a hot topic, I do believe it is automatic.

I would be the one to remove the reproof %. And I wont. That's because you got banned for breaking the rules before.
