so you said there are 42 locations for the shopkeeper right? ive managed to locate like 10-11 using gods eye just looking for the out of place grey dot. but some times hes not even on the map. am i just overlookin does he port to pally land now and other spots ?

badazz did a picture once where shopkeeper spawns in this very same topic but it got deleted :S

Or maybe half of teleportation device, then maybe on 50% of the blink he would have other half and you can use Complete teleportation device to upgrade your wings so they get blink (Distance above 4k, since I want the tele device on it's own to give around 2k :D). Well long shot idea, but might as well think big.

Edit:
Maybe even add Chaotic Twin Merchants instead. So one of them sells first part of device while the other one may have stolen it (Make it a quest). Or something like this, remember it's VERY raw ideas
