Sadly, I don't have the CPU needed but that's been said to be a "safe" level. 3.0 is for future games and such it may use. Just the base software runs on 1.6 single core, and the game should have no problems on my 2.4 quad core.

Sadly, upgrading processors...isn't something easy to do. It would cost me 500$ to do it because I'd have to reinstall windows.
