Where can I change my time zone on the forums?

Can't find it in this weird layout.

Cant change it only the operator can. Although he can't either apparently.

It's a problem with ucoz's server technology. It stays as the default. Ive writen them about it before, but its just a minor thing. So they dont have it high on priority list.
