Bug with Arcane Warrior

When I pick a short sword or plate with Arcane Warrior, the word gets red and the effect is reduced, even though in the tier it says he is proficient (is this right?) with short swords and plates. Also when I type -pf it shows "no" in all types of weapon/armor.

this is cause of desync to avoid from getting no to all just load after the desync (cheers: vamp366[Lock])

But I'm pretty sure this happened while everyone was in the game.
