The intro takes a whole minute and takes 3 seconds just to start...and can cause lag. Change some of the camera angles so they don't show large portions of the game, could be causing lag from lower-end computers trying to show too much on the screen at the same time.
If they won't take out the intro, can they shorten it? It makes you wait an extra minute after waiting 3-5 (for most people, for some people it can take 10 minutes to load the map) and is very annoying...
(Thought....why can't we do something similar to what TKoK did? just have a screen to "load the game engine"...)
