A hacker should never be given a second chance anyways.

If he would show up on forums and say sorry, ask for second chance and promise not to do the same mistake, then i would say no ban.

But, as an ordinary brainless hacker, he doesnt even know anything about the game, yet he wants to be the best in it already.
So, i guess it goes with a ban.
