and how come its called wallpaperx lol if its not a wallpaper.

Looks like it was made with photoshop with a few vectors and brushes used.

Knew someone would say that!
I made it with Photoshop CS2...Cuz im too lazy to get other "better" versions...
made with some brushes...smudges...And other helpful tools and effects
but no vectors :S sowy

I'd suggest you use photoshop cs4. It has a lot better functions.
The picture looks cool with the static effects though. Nice job with the cs2! smile

P.S. Hime-chi also suggests you use photoshop cs4 together with the new indesign.
