Chaotic Sets... Are they removed?

| I can't find any way to make Chaotic Sets. I'm fairly new to the game (CoT FoC Not WC3) So I was wondering if they are still there, if they are removed or whatnot. So please help.

| yes..they are removed due to the PF function coming in.
