But in all reality, at the moment I've only got a really nice laptop, and I like it. I'm not stuck to the same spot all the time, I can move around, and I can DO something on it. So it's not the fastest, most powerful, most impressive comp-I know. It's a laptop. I can still go somewhere else and bring it-good luck doing that on a dime with an actual desktop :P

| Your laptop seems faster than my "dime", but that might be because I havn't done anything to clear it up in about a year or so, and I tend to download alot of stuff I don't use after a week. :3 Bet I could save up to 10gb if I cleared it up and improve the over-all speed by 10-20% with a registry cleaner and some fine-tuning. 
And 42 is the assumed answer to life, I don't think it has anything to do with this.
edit: what happened to my previous post? I did have a feeling that it was gonna be deleted for reason unknown, but dismissed that as my already too big paranoia.

| I just spend about 7k a couple months ago on my desktop. Overclocked I could run WoW, RO, Everquest, Diablo 2 and Portal 2 at the same time with highest quality settings, and still run nearly lag free.

Valk, desktop I'm guessing. I can run SC2 flawlessly atm (for the most part). SC2 and WC3 at the same time flawlessly too I think...but not max settings. I'm scared I'll overheat this poor thing. Yes I've got a fan for it but it runs just so hot-seriously you could burn someone with it. I'm not kidding. I don't know why it can run so hot, even when it doesn't seem to need to. Whatever. I can still take this thing somewhere else a lot easier than a desktop :P
