| Lings are for the mass confuse/surround, roaches tank, hydras are the damage. Mutas sadly turned into harass, ultras are the Big Bad Mother Smash, (yeah that was bad, get over it). Corrupters are mostly useless imo, and broodlords are awesome but a little slow. Infesters are fun and a little expensive. Queens are amusing if you can make them actual troops but unrealistic. Think I got them all...
Anyway if I had to say the most useless thing in the zerg army, I'd actually say mutas, ultras, or corrupters (but not broodlords). Mutas are weak unless you've got clouds of them, ultras are expensive and probably take 300 damage before they start dealing much of anything, and corrupters themselves are just AA, their redeeming quality being the bonus damage thing but that's decent against big units because against a mass it's just a waste.
Should I go on with other races? :P

| You can have a "Poor Chocobo". I want a "Gold Chocobo" :P I'm torn between that, Chaos, and Death Penalty. C'mon, Vincent > Cloud. Cloud may be able to cut you into infinite pieces, but Vincent can shoot you from a couple miles away if he really wanted to.
If the 9 characters (your team guys) in FF7 had 1v1s against everyone else, who do you think would come out on top? Personally I think Vincent and Cloud take top, and Cait Sith is probably last lol. He's nice, but DAMN he's almost useless! (He's basically a spellcaster with 2 limits, one can 1hit the game or Game Over, and the other one is probably useless by disk 3 if you use him a lot)

| I don't use Yuffie too much tbh. I used her when I was starting to get stats with Morph, but changed to Vincent and went utter roflpwn all over the place. I've actually found something depressing. You can't do (Sneak Attack) paired with (Morph) and then have (Morph) paired with (Steal As Well). Perhaps it was just because of the Mega All. I don't know....I just know that when I had Sneak Attack Morph it REFUSED to Steal As Well....which seemed like such an easy way to get free stuff lol.
And anyway, Yuffie mostly sucks. Remember Dirge of Cerberus? Vincent raped everything in his path except like, 2 times, and Yuffie was only useful for about a minute 2 or 3 times. That's it.
Aeris can make herself invul with her limit..yeah......but she died AND is more of a healer AND few people would use her for damage......so she would lose multiple times over.
Barret is TOTALLY the comedian in the game, funniest thing in the game. He's funny, but I think Vincent would out-rape him unless he used his limits. To make this fair, Vincent would get Chaos for the fight, in which case he'd STILL utterly annihilate Barret.
Nanaki was cool, but I just don't see him winning a deathmatch. Yeah he had limits that could heal him while killing his enemies and stuff, but he's not the rapest character in the game.
Tifa may have been used by tons of people, but I almost never used her. I took just about anyone over her.
Cid was okay, but personally I didn't use him all that much.
So yeah, I personally like Vincent the most. Can I be blamed? He's in his 50s in FF7, and hasn't aged since his 20s (the only useful thing Hojo has done for him). He wears shows that look like the top half of a bird beak (very sharp beaks lol) and has a hand of actual gold. He's probably gone through the worst of the whole group (perhaps beaten by Aeris) and before Cloud shows up he lives in a coffin, and has one HELL of a jump. In DoC he's got a big hole in his chest where Rosso stole the protomateria-and he survives without too much effort. Honetly if we made him in WC3 he'd probably had medium life compared to everyone else, but regen about 10% HP/s lol.

Vincent > All others. I think Nanaki would be the only one able to outlive Vincent, and even still Vincent might outlive Red.
I usually had (when possible) Cloud/Red/Vinc, and sometimes had Cid instead of Red. You know Triple Growth is actually useless? I can prove it.
1x growth, 1 materia slot = 1x AP gain
1x growth, 8 materia slots = 8x AP gain
2x growth, 4 materia slots = 8x AP gain
2x growth, 8 materia slots = 16x AP gain
3x growth, 2 materia slots (Scimitar) = 6x AP gain
3x growth, 3 materia slots (Apoc) = 9x AP gain
Thus any weapon/armor with double growth and 4 materia slots is overall more AP gain than Scimitar. So if you equip Wizard Bracelet and fill it with materia, you're getting the AP from the battle 8 times, once for each materia. I think the best Double Growth item is one of Vincent's weapons, it's a (pair, pair, single) I think, but I don't remember now. Anyway, it's fewer materia being trained, but they train faster. Thus, triple growth is really JUST for the 2-3-5 materia you want trained really fast, but not for training lots of materias. You'd use Tri-Growth for like, 2x item/summon/magic and KoR/BahaZ, maybe for All if you want money, but it's not really great for any masses of low materias that you need maxed for a Master Magic/Command/Summon.

| What a waste of time....lol. You know I've never actually beaten FF 7, 8, or 9, but I know what happens basically. Plus, the final bosses aren't that much fun IMO...just annoying and long. Proof: FF12.
Who here has played FF12 and beat Yiazmat.....on their first try? I mean without getting a game over, leave all you want. I did! But I had a bit of help....I basically stole DarkKefka's "Auto Yiazmat" (Set it up, then pure gambits to kill him. Yes, he did that. He's just that awesome) and had some slight mods to it. I didn't want to take the time of luring Yiazmat ALL the way there, so I just used ranged weapons. That got boring fast so I got better ranged weapons (best gun, dark shot....multiples!) and eventually had one person not using the normal method (he was out there tanking....with the second best ninja sword. I was lazy and I don't like farming a rare thing 800,000 times for a single stupid weapon)
Anyway, the only time I saw a 12 combo IN THE GAME was when Yiazmat was slapping Basch when he was flashing red. Got Reverse on him in the middle of the chain so he'd survive (remember, 5% each hit for death) and when Yiazmat hit attack 12 in his combo.....KO hit (hate chance to just die). So yeah, the only time I've seen on my own game a 12 combo....was against me....and involved getting KO status on the last hit (and NOT from running out of HP). How lame is THAT?!
Another question....what do you think is the hardest part in the game? The marks, the storyline bosses (I don't mean because you were 20 levels below them), the fishing minigame (KILL ME NOW! If I could fight 3 Yiazmats who had 9999 damage limit on them and their only immunities were stop, disable, and immobilize, I'd prefer them to the fishing game)...what?

ive actually beaten everyone but 8 i believe without even getting one char killed after the fight was over

for ff8 on first disk i leveld Squall to max before i even did ifrit lol
i just left playstation on while paperclipped up and taped down X
xD
and went to the beach :P
i do same thing with all the games lol
got all jobs i could on the first time i could change jobs on tactics series lol
