Colloseum exp rate

The other day i was playing a game with my Dark Ranger where we did some colloseum runs for exp.
We had a team of 6 players including a High Priest, 2x Phoenix Ranger, Savior, Rogue and me.
One thing that i noticed was that the Savior me did not loose as much exp rate as the other 4 members after each collo run, resulting in a massive level difference.

Has anyone else experienced anything like this thus far?
It seemed to me that all *new* heroes from the Lividus pillar seemed too lose more exp then the *old* heroes.

i had this whit ceshun he was i tought lvl 5xx and i was 6xx he started whit higher xp /kill and ended up whit same xp as soon as he hitted 6xx also

meaning my xp didnt went lower

From what I've seen the phoenix ranger seems to keep its xp and max it out much quicker than any other new hero. For example my friend was lvl 140 and I was around 190 and he got to 250 by the end of it. He had 260% col exp.
