In 1.16B tons of desync is back, it seems if any medeans from that mine attack you, bang, desync. Dragon attacks, bang. Not sure what else, but a lot of desync. (Not sure what it is in that medean mine thing that causes desync, I just know something in there attacks and it desyncs.)
Wait...maybe it's possible desync means one computer is trying to run WC3 faster than another. I was playing 1.16B on a better computer than usual ( :P ) and it was desyncing kinda a lot, don't think it desyncs on the usual comp though.

Restarting warcraft for me has worked most if not all of the time. The reason I am not 100% sure is because it might be other people desyncing and me being alone from them all.
I tested restarting WC3 on bot and non-bot games with player count ranging from 3-8 players and it works. Restarting WC3 is a good point...but this thread has been cluttered so I'll sticky the idea onto a new thread. Closing this one.
