Depends on the point of view.
Don't double-line like this next time if you want it to look related. I'd have this as another point, doubled away, because it's not "with" the rest. Perhaps it could be as per some overall rambling, but isn't necessarily along the same lines. (Actually, it isn't, it's a few lines down. :P)
