How about an ability called LIMIT BREAK.
what that does is give a 3% chance to reset cd on abilities.
Would the 3% chance activate, or would it activate too often?
How often does rogue crit hit? if its often then nvm.

Or how about a 3% chance to cast an offensive spell on an enemy that attacks the hero. A new stat spell would need to be created that deals dmg based on all attrib like arcane knight (xX str, int, agi)

Final Strike- basically a custom spell that deals XX str, agi int damage to an attacker. 3% chance.

I liked the idea of an armor reduction, perhaps so that it is never rigged nor too weak, it is a % based plus a base. Say, 20%+100 armor reduction. (If 6,000 armor, 1,300 armor reduction; 1,000 becomes 800, 100 becomes -20, 41 becomes -67.2 [slaughterer is dumb easy anyway], etc)

Although, Blink is probably the most wanted because when you get it in Normal World, getting around is no longer a problem. In Chaotic, if Legion is attacking your base, you have to either run there (in crappy weather probably), or swap items to tele, which can also take a bit of time. With a good item that can Blink, just a couple of casts and you should be there. With a long enough range, if Sins are coming out, you can just blink to town, and be safe, instead of running (probably through crappy weather) for a while in an obstacle course of creeps.
