My friend is for 1 week away so i would play a little bit at single player but i got some errors

i love the Single player save mode but it dont work or i dont know how it works i can save and load in the same game but not in an later one There only disapears the Char chose "ball" and no hero got loaded

Then i think why not use the wc3 save function but when i load the game i get an error when the loading bar reaches the end that the game data cannot be opened

What can i do now ?
