| I was just making a new ele for lulz and I noticed something odd. Claws of Lightning SAY they give +20 damage, but I just had +20 damage and dropped so I'd be the only ele with no green/red after it's damage, and it still had a -6. I dropped my other firey claws and what do I know.....claws of lightning do seem to be 26 and not 20! (Stats: level 1, no tomes, 2 firey claws, claws of lightning-check for yourself)
Is it just me, or is there no actual bug thread for 1.21? I thought there was, but I don't see one....

Anyway, I'll post it there if you want. All it really is is a tooltip oversight.
