Sickly overpowerd spell

| The spell Death and Decay (Lich) does completly insane damage. Played with 2 others today, decided to get a new char. When we finaly got to goddesses his Death and Decay did about 1-2% of their hp per tick. He didnt get time to try it in chaos tho, as he had to leave before that, so dont know its damage there. But as it does % damage in normal maps i bet it does a sick amount there too, and even if it doesnt its way to OP against goddesses.

| LOL first time i saw complaints about DND spell. You should know that chaotic creatures take 3% damage so DND does shite to them. I tried it with hell spawn, its only good for destroying trees in chaos haha.
