| This all seems childish. You report someone for hacking. Take screen shots of shoddy pictures of someones name. Not a b-net report. No conversations or dialog. Nothing to back your story. Just a simple screen shot of a person you name as jj4ever and you call him a cheater in the game.
As for why you would want him banned?
Possibly he was rude to you?
Maybe he ignored you, insulted you?
Told you off or kicked you from a game?
Even banned you from his bot?
You take your pick which ones. I am sure there are hundreds of reasons why you would want him banned.
And some people will go to great lengths to do so. Even so far as to create forgeries. Fake or not you offer relatively no proof any shoddy explanations as to why he should be banned.
As for the many possibly ways to forge this through Lan or other play, its simple. Single player, Lan, VPN. (for you under the average IQ people VPN means Virtual Private network) Further Explanation - A VPN is a network created through the online imitate a lan connection through online.
As for accusing him of being the creator of the JJ cheat pack is founded by horrible detective work. By that logic anyone with two J's in their name can be associated with the JJ cheat pack and by extension, all creators of it.
Your logic is flawed. Go back to your cave and hide you troll. This is not needed here

1) It's not hard to remove yourself.
2) Find me one map, JUST ONE map that isn't  @ Neon, he reported a possible hacker, he eventually provided with the requirements Valkyre set.
