Some1 probly Power lvl'd him in colo and he used the $ won to buy stats.. When faced with two choices just simply flip a coin. Not because it settles the question for you, but because that one second it is in the air you suddenly know what you are hoping for.
Getting to that level in about 1 hour is a little bit possible i guess. But getting max stats in 1 hour?? He would need about 50 plats and I really doubt he got that in colo that fast. Just because someone has a low level char doesn't mean they don't hack... You guys are only going after people who are level 900+ This guy in my opinion is obviously a hacker.. Use your brain on this one and think is this is possible.. What if this guy is just raising(hacking) his level not so high so that people wouldn't accuse him or ban him of anything. Good thing someone accused him but you guys aren't considering him as a hacker only because he isn't a level higher than 900 which I think its ridiculous I say ban him

then how come he hasnt got any decent item? at level 500 at least meant to have minotaur axe for life leech and some good armor (not lighting shield, that is good but... god's armor > that imo )

doable by power leveling and someone buying stats from him. Items are likely what was available when he went around to kill bosses after being power leveled.
I do not feel this is substantial enough for a ban, perhaps a warning to those giving out power levels and such.
