| Hello everyone this is a hero that i really would like in the game if its too strong i will edit the stats and all untill its better
Hero name: Stella(latin for star idk just fits)
pf: wep-Daggers Armor-Cloth
Main stat: agility Mele attack
starting stats:
5 str 20 agi 15 int
base hp-100 base mana-whatever.. base armor -17
History: A hero born from the remains of a dying star she uses cosmic energy to crush her enemies. She felt from the sky and was adopted by a clan of assasin she had to struggle to stay alive he trained for years and now she`s more powerfull than ever.
Passive skills: Cosmic energy=she gains 150% mana regen during night--Extreme focus= she focus too much on her attack (she deals 150% damage) that she forgets about self defense (she takes 160% damage)
Skills:
Fire protection (works like immolation): She becomes hot like a sun and burn every enemies that come too close has 3 lvls
lvl 1(at lvl 10) deals 0.1 int p/s--lvl 2(at lvl 160) deals 0.15 int p/s--lvl 3 (lvl 310) deals 0.2 int p/s (costs 15% mana p/s)
Also deals (lvl 1 5%int+ 1000 lvl 2 5.1%int+5000 lvl 3 5.2%int+10000) every 5 sec
Black hole (works like blink): She creates a black hole and travel to the location she wants at a cost (has 5 lvl)
lvl 1 cd 25/sec--lvl 2 cd 20/sec--lvl 3 cd 15/sec--lvl 4 cd 10/sec--lvl 5 cd1/sec (costs 15% mana per blink and 20% hp)
deals the cost of hp less the cost of mana to units where he teleports (not the amount per unit split it between units)
lvl1 8% chance to kill the caster--lvl2 6%--lvl3 4--lvl4 2%
Strenght of the univers: she absorb her own life points and more into a powerfull being for 5 sec has 2 lvls
lvl 1 (lvl 50) 2% to morph on hit adds 20% of her agi into magic damage at the cost of 30% of her life (can kill hero)
lvl 2 (lvl 550) 5% to morph on hit adds 30% of heragi into magic damage at the cost of 25% of her life (can kill hero)
(ultimate)
Falling constellation: she makes a entire constellation fall near her (effect depends on the constellation (has 1 lvl)
25% that the stars will heal all friendly allies for 4x her int 25% that the stars will damage all enemies for 6x her agi
25% that the stars will heal allies for 2x int and damage enemies 2x agi 25% that the stars will give 25% bonus damage and 10% bonus armor to all allies in range ( 700 aoe)

| better it to deal some fixed damage (to actually damage before u get mass int) and some % of ur int stat.

| yeah i guess ur right ill edit that
i made it a % of damage because at lvl 10 i have alot of stats lol kinda easy to have alot of damage that that lvl
also cuz the next lvl for the spell is lvl 160 i guess

| u shouldn't include hero's damage into that skill. it will be too OP, cuz it's agi based hero. just some damage + %int per 2-3 secs.
now about ur's "black hole" skill. it ought to be castable(4-8 sec casting time) able to take 1-2 alied heros wit ya. deal damage (just because its an black hole, ya know. for ~15-30%hp, perhaps, wit a ~0.2-8% chance to kill all inflicted heros while casting, and hurt enemies in the arrival point, i guess)
and not that low cd(10-30 sec). that way it can be more truth like

one should be able to turn it off, i guess
dont ya wanna die on hittin regular mobs, huh?
