| I'm sorry i was intoxicated. What I intended to explain is for each point into int the druid has when he turns to the bear form it should put the int to 1 and convert it to str, and when the druid turns into wolf form it should again convert it but into agility so that the druid is not lacking in the vital attributes. It should also convert these into the main attributes making the druid gain attack from it.

| Wait I think I get it.....I think....wait...
It couldn't work. I think you mean when you change into bear (for example) the base hero's int changes into bear's str. This couldn't work. You could then drop the int items and pick up str items, for one. I can think of more but bit tired so can't...lol
How about all of them are int based (skills and all) but the bear gets 10-50% (based on lvl/balancing) of whatever int is into str, and the wolf gets 10-75% (again, balancing/lvl, just making guesses here) of the +int for his agi. It's a buff thing (like command aura, but instead of damage we're gaining stats) and when you lose int you also lose some str/agi, same if you lose it. If the bird got +int everyone would call "illegal!" because it would probably stack on itself 99.875% of the time and would be stupid anyway.
BASICALLY: Original form: Just like any other hero. Bear form: Some% of current total int (depending on balancing{/level?}) as bonus str Wolf form: Same idea as bear, but agi instead Bird: Like just any other hero. (Will it count as an actual flying hero?)
By the way, will changed forms have a timer or be however long you want? Will they have cooldown? Can we revert whenever we want?
End of line.

| im not so sure about a bird =/
but thats just me
bird would be considered agi because birds are swift
but the wolf is agi
so for an int form it would have to be a caster type creep like a furbolg/ursa caster or a wildkin darkweaver or sumthin like that

| Perhaps.....nah that's just silly. (Was thinking that base is Druid of Talon model and int form could be Furion, but it's kinda dumb....)
Bird could be Raven-it's still technically int-y :P
Past that Storm and furbolg is really all I can think of atm...
