| 30% evade ability seems a bit rigged considering he's supposed to be a tank on the side...maybe 10-20% tops?
Perhaps he should have perma-truesight. Having advanced tech and all :P
How would be pick "specialization"? Special 3 seems useless by the way, when you have 500k agility +% attack speed isn't really needed for much of anything...Also perhaps Sniper could have a WW of sorts. (He's gotta be able to get around, and when he's hidden, who'll notice? :P)
I'm going to guess Ability 3 is like those HP pots you can only use out of combat, but a low% instead of a number (or agi based, because a set # can be rigged when you get it and useless otherwise). Would it only be able to target you? Perhaps you just make it like a channeling Rejuvenation, so that he's not attacking when you use it, and could heal someone else too. (Lol, no chance he'd be invul when he uses it is there?)
Don't understand the ultimate...
Perhaps the Grenade could be the ultimate? The healing thing seems like it could be really useful...and tbh the grenade ability seems useless with the grenadier special Core as in mining area?

He works as head-of-security's right-hand man, and best friend (they're known each other since basic training)
He's also somewhat well known for going overboard for being prepared for anything. He doesn't have a gun under his pillow, he's got a pistol, 2 combat knives, and a grenade. The system is notoriously dangerous as it has no star, instead it has a black hole to orbit around. It has strange properties for a black hole though, and acts more like a "Dark Star" Or did I go overboard? :/ Meh, I kinda like some of the details. C'mon, that "Dark Star" sounds epic, don't it?

| He's got a nade launcher as special 3. Why waste time with extra skills when you've got something so similar already there?
Thought: Perhaps the special skills" cold be very weak passives and they all are there at once. The grenadier part could be once every few hits or a chance to go off unless it's a low % of damage that splashes, don't know. Heh, I only said where the place was and who he worked for...and made where he worked have some detail that sticks out like the empire state building being moved to a place where the tallest building for miles is a cardboard box.

| perhaps take 2 of the ideas and put them together? Quote (GhostWolf223) after x (shots/kills) nade goes off on nxt attack and does aoe damage :o? and take out special 3 so that he specials arent to out of control? or even mke the full ability a special.
