| If you don't notice that it's not the default WC3 background (usually snowy sky) then you could feel something's wrong with the picture and not know what.

| yea on the hive workshop under the tool section there is a tool to change the theme it also changes loading bar colour, button colour and a few other things

| If the theme itself was made correctly there is no change in stability, simply because all that has changed are an mdx and a few blp files.
