Though I don't know how to code HTML to make it a nice little box that is overlayed on top of this (and you could move it around and all)....
You know the little boxes that show up for ucoz? Like the "Add Reputation" box, or the stuff like that? Any chance you could try getting it to be like one of those?
Again, no idea how to do something like that myself :P
